About these terms
These terms cover your use of the JourneyListo website, the free diagnostic and the Rescue Pass founding pre-order. They’re a plain-language draft. By using the site or pre-ordering, you agree to them. Based in Florida, USA.
What JourneyListo is (and isn’t)
- JourneyListo is practice-exam software for the Texas journeyman electrician exam. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TDLR, PSI Services or NFPA.
- Our practice questions are original. They are not exam questions, and we never ask you what was on your exam.
- We don’t reproduce NEC text or tables. You need your own copy of the NEC.
- It’s a study aid only. It isn’t for field installations and doesn’t replace the NEC, the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) or professional judgment.
The free diagnostic
The diagnostic is free and provided as is. Its estimated score is a rough estimate from 12 practice questions, not a prediction of your exam result.
Rescue Pass founding pre-order
- Price: $99 one-time (founding price; $149 after launch), in US dollars, plus any tax that applies. No subscription.
- What you get: 3 months of access to unlimited calculation drills with step-by-step solutions in English and Spanish, timed mock exams in the 2-part format, NEC-navigation drills, an AI tutor, and the Pass Guarantee (conditions apply, see below).
- When: access opens October 26, 2026. We email your access to the address you used at checkout. Your 3 months start when access opens (or on your purchase date, if you buy later).
- If we’re late: if we can’t open access on October 26, 2026, we’ll email you the new date before then, and you can choose a full refund or keep your pre-order.
- Refunds: full refund anytime before access opens, and within 7 days after. See the refund policy.
- AI tutor: it’s software, not a person. It can make mistakes; check the NEC section it points to.
Using your access
- Your access is for you. Please don’t share your login or resell or copy our content.
- Don’t post, share or ask for actual exam content. The PSI candidate agreement forbids it, and so do we.
- We may suspend access that’s being misused.
Pass Guarantee (conditions apply)
The Pass Guarantee is not a promise that you’ll pass. It’s a promise about what we’ll do if you put in the work with JourneyListo and still don’t pass. These are draft conditions; we’ll email the final version to pre-order customers before access opens, and if you don’t like it you can cancel for a full refund.
Who it covers
People who buy the Rescue Pass, including founding pre-orders. One claim per person.
To qualify, all of these must be true
- While your access is active, you complete your study plan in JourneyListo: 100% of the weak-topic drills assigned to you and 3 full timed mock exams.
- Your readiness score in JourneyListo reaches 75 or higher.
- You take the Texas journeyman exam part(s) you were preparing for within 60 days after completing your plan.
- You send us your PSI score report within 30 days of your exam date. We only need your name, exam date, exam part and result. Please don’t send or describe any exam questions; we’ll never ask.
If you qualify and don’t pass, you choose
- Free extended access until your next attempt (up to 6 more months), or
- A refund of the price you paid for the Rescue Pass, if you ask within 30 days of your score report date.
Limits
- One claim per person.
- The refund covers the Rescue Pass price only, not exam fees, travel or other costs.
- It doesn’t apply if you already got a refund for the same purchase, if you didn’t sit for the exam (no-show, cancellation or dismissal), or to exams other than the Texas journeyman exam.
- We confirm plan completion from your account records, and a person reviews every claim.

The site, questions, explanations and software belong to JourneyListo. NFPA 70®, National Electrical Code® and NEC® are registered trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association; other names belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep every question and calculation accurate, and you can report any error to hola@journeylisto.com. Even so, the site is provided “as is”. Apart from the Pass Guarantee and our refund policy, we don’t promise any exam result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about JourneyListo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where the law of your state says otherwise.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new date at the top, and we’ll email customers about changes that affect a purchase. Questions: hola@journeylisto.com.
