- Before access opens (October 26, 2026): full refund, for any reason.
- Within 7 days after access opens: full refund, for any reason. If you buy after access opens, that’s within 7 days of your purchase.
- After that: refunds are available through the Pass Guarantee (conditions apply).
If access opens late
If we can’t open access on October 26, 2026, we’ll email you the new date before then. You can choose a full refund or keep your pre-order.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hola@journeylisto.com with “Refund” in the subject, from the address you used at checkout (or tell us that address).
- We confirm within 2 business days and refund to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
No forms and no reasons needed. If something went wrong, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.
